[Ubuntu-be] own t-shirts, follow up and design ideas

Hi to all,

Here 4 suggestions of t-shirt design based on the new Ubuntu logos : 
such t-shirts could be proposed to other LoCo teams and presented in 
events and meetings like FOSDEM, ...
