Yes they do (at least sometimes) if you follow the "special request"
procedure and give a good reason in your mail to shipit.  (Another
option is to buy them in the Ubuntu shop, if you have a budget...)

I can offer some "Powered by Ubuntu" stickers (for those people who use
Ubuntu), and we have designs for stuff to print...
