[Ubuntu-be] Ubuntu (be) structure

True, but I assume they don't know _who we are_, otherwise there would be no
need for me to give this presentation. So I think it is polite to introduce
myself, Ubuntu and Ubuntu BE in the presentation, before trying to convince
them Ubuntu is the best solution for their problems.
