[Ubuntu-be] Ubuntu-be Belgian Loco Team community created on Orkut

All of you having a Gmail account are aware of the existence of the Orkut
community in Google.

I have created a Ubuntu-be Belgian Loco Team community over there and I
invite you to join it. The community has a event calender as well as a
forum.

It is currently a managed community but we can open it up later if needed.
