I don't know exactly how many people will come & what equipment they
will have, but I'm sure Jean knows.  Maybe it's useful to say what you
can bring (in case yours is more useful or weighs less or something).

Around 9h-9h30 (the fair starts at 10h so then everything has to be
ready).
