[Ubuntu-be] support points map Drupal module (was: Ubuntu support points map - a little test)

I talked a bit with the developer of the Ubuntu LoCoTeam modules for
Drupal, and he agreed something like this map would be great for other
teams too.

If we want a (hopefully improved) support map integrated with the Drupal
site, we should create a wiki page at the following URL:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDrupal/ContactPointSpecs

... and list there all requirements that we would need or want from a
support points map.

Of course any help implementing this would be welcome too (but creating
a spec first is useful in any way).
