Good work & good points overall, thanks for doing this!

Some quick remarks on a couple of your "additional comments":

It should be a place that has good connection by train though (doesn't
look like Walhain has that).

Brussels is probably a better location...  ;-)

For this we need people who work in an educational environment and/or
have some experience with it.  If there are people interested in this,
maybe they can work together in an "ubuntu-in-education workgroup".
(E.g. I know that Koen Wybo has given some talks there in the past.)
