Well.. we've discussed about the creation of a forum, and decide to
avoid it.
Forum are good for people looking for support.
If Dutch => Ubuntu-nl
If french => Ubuntu-fr
If other language => ubuntuforums.org

And if we decide to make a forum, i will be included in the actual
site (pretty sure Drupal permits forum)
