I use it where it's appropriate, but using only Dutch in a team where
people have at least 4 (and probably more) different mother tongues is
counterproductive IMHO. Almost everybody on this list knows English
well enough to use it as the "lingua franca" and discussions in one
language are easier to follow.
Of course if somebody doesn't know English well enough to explain
something, or if we are discussing something only useful for people who
speak the same language, using your own language is okay.
