[Ubuntu-be] Foldable CD sleeves

Hi,

This is really nice. At this time, I've no personal use for these but I'm
sure it can be of great help for those distributing CDs. Thank you for
sharing.

PS: As a consequence of your previous mail, I decided to try to give more
feedback here, even if that's just to say "it's cool".
