I just posted a mail at the vincentvanquickenborne.be url given on this
list:
I told that I was disappointed by the fact that there exist a free and open
solution, as well for Windows as the free and opensource o s Linux, and that
I'm disappointed that the belgian gov does uses the money of citizens to
push giants that doesnt need to be subsidiated.
