The page was last edited on 2009-06-15, it is most likely not up to
date with regards to Ubuntu 10.04 testing.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing is probably a good start point but the
nest place is certainly the #ubuntu-testing IRC channel. Remember,
10.04 testing starts today and Canonical is US based, so the day has
not yet started for them.
