[Ubuntu-be] Install Party @ Ecaussinnes 12 December 2009

Hi,

I've added the event to the Ubuntu-be calendar in English and French
on yout behalf. As Ubuntu-be member, you should be able to complete
the information there. Ubuntu-be web-editors can also translate the
information in other languages.
