[Ubuntu-be] 03.05.09: Ubuntu 9.04 release party

Hi,

I updated the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/ReleaseParty and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/FutureEvents. I also created
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/ReleaseParty/Jaunty/Bxl but it's
pretty empty. The announce on indymedia.be is in Dutch but I guess
that French (or English, or German) speakers are also welcome. It
would be nice to translate, at least the base information, to English
on this wiki page.
