Here the report of the last IRC meeting.
Next IRC meeting on Wednesday 15/04/2009 at 21 h. on #ubuntu-be -- 
irc.freenode.net.

Present at the meeting (in random order): Benwa, jean7491, mongolito404, 
JanC, pvandewyngaerde

1. Possible Release Party Jaunty Jackalope in Gent
No information from the members in Gent area, this point is scrapped 
from the agenda for now. Will be put on the agenda of the next meeting.

2. Dipro fair in Gent on 19/04
Organization by an ad-hoc team is ongoing.
Promotion within Ubuntu-be community is discussed : a mail with 
information about the event will be sent in the Mailing-List and to 
members + support points localized in Gent area.

In Launchpad, 52 of the 127 members of the Belgian Local Community Team 
have not set their location on the map : please control your profile in 
Launchpad and set our location (no exact location, city is enough).

Ubuntu-be needs an event-team (already mentionned in the website) to 
help organizing and coordinating events and activities. This core-team 
could activate the search of volunteers in relation with possible future 
events. Could be discussed at the next meeting.

3. Future events
08-09/05/2009 Journées du Libre, Brussel, BxLUG - no further information
24/05/2009 Dipro fair in Antwerpen : as we need volunteers for the 
booth, the event-team could start with mailing as mentionned in topic #2 
(M-L, members, support points) with information + invitation to help.

4. Cleaning/update Ubuntu-be website and wiki
Suggestions through bug reports for update.

Website : priority to the section Participate/Event-team to be updated 
with clear indication on where and how to help.

Wiki : priority to BelgianTeam/Responsibility, but needs a lot of 
contacts for update BelgianTeam/Fair booths & Events will be cleaned : 
Chronology of future events followed by list of events sorted by kind 
(+links)
BelgianTeam/Skills seems less useful and difficult to update and maintain.
BelgianTeam/promotional-materials : update can be discuss at a next 
meeting.
