[Ubuntu-be] [website] German translation needed

Hi,

As most of you have noticed, authentication on the ubuntu-be.org site is now
made through the Launchpad platform. A short message has been added below
the login button with basic information about this. Currently, this
informatiuon is available in Dutch, English and French. As usual, we need a
German version. If you think you can help for this translation and future
one, please join the ubuntu-be-webeditor team to be granted the right to
edit website content such as this one.
