[Ubuntu-be] What happened to the english papers I already finished

Last evening, I used your work to put english versions of the Goals and
Participate pages online. Sorry for the lack of feedback. Your work has not
been lost and your help is appreciated. If you want to help further see
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu-belgium. But there is currently no
need for more translation, just some minor correction to existing content.
