[Ubuntu-be] New Website

Hoi,

For what I can see the new website content is ready in Dutch and French and
almost in English. In English, the "Participate" page is missing (current
content is in Dutch). In French, the support page could be completed to
elaborate on the Support Points map but IMHO its current state is good
enough.

We still don't have any translation in German or the theme. But we still
have a month to finish the work and be ready for the Intrepid release.
