[Ubuntu-be] Drupal website now in "production"

Hi,

As planned, I moved our new Drupal website into production at
http://ubuntu-be.org/.

I would like to thank all those who helped. The site is a community effort.
We made it together. I hope we can continue the good work.

As always, you are all invited to test it, report as many bugs as possible
at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-belgium and fix them if you can.
