"apt-cache search dutch" hinted me that you should install one or more
of the following:
- aspell-nl (Dutch dictionary for aspell)
- idutch (Dutch dictionary for ispell)
- language-pack-gnome-nl-base - GNOME translations for language Dutch;
Flemish
- language-pack-kde-nl-base - KDE translations for language Dutch;
Flemish
- language-pack-nl-base - translations for language Dutch; Flemish
- language-support-nl - metapackage for Dutch; Flemish language support
- mozilla-firefox-locale-nl-nl - Mozilla Firefox Dutch; Flemish
language/region package
- openoffice.org-help-nl - Dutch help for OpenOffice.org
- openoffice.org-l10n-nl - Dutch language package for OpenOffice.org
- myspell-nl - Dutch dictionary for myspell
