[Ubuntu-be] ubuntu-be.org: ubuntu 8.04 press release - FR_BE version needed

I will be sending out the attached press release to Dutch speaking
press contacts on Thursday morning on behalf of ubuntu-be.org.

We still need people to:
* to create an fr_be version
* to serve as the press contact for the fr_be version
