Of course there are, but some people want a "brand name" and AFAIK the
only other brand in Belgium that offers laptops without Windows is HP,
which they only sell to companies (you need a VAT/company nr.).

Also, a big brand name selling laptops with Ubuntu is actually an
eye-opener and incentive for other companies to do the same.
