Most probably this is just someone really bored or lazy, or both.
You've done your job as a support point, splendidly even. I hope this
doesn't leave any bitter taste in your mouth, but this is the negative
side of volunteering. You receive great respect from many, and little
to none from others.

If you notices similar problems with requests, especially if they
become clear patterns, please report to me. I maintenan the support
points system.

Please reply to this list if there's anything more that can be done to
ease this situation.
