[Ubuntu-be] fair expences

Now that its getting harder to get Cd's from shipit we face higher
expenses for fairs.
I have this idea:

We will still give Cd's for free.
DVDs in a nice box with label sold for €10.0
This money could go towards covering expenses like blank Cd's/DVDs and
stuff.

Can we do this without being considered "commercial"
This could really help us and even make us independent of sponsoring for
booth"s and hardware, ....
