What exactly is your target audience? Consumers or companies? Be sure to
differentiate and pick the right one for your ad. My first thought would
be to target companies.

Definitely not. We all agree that price is not everything. I think we
all know also that sometimes Linux would not be the best solution in
price. More importantly, price is *not* the biggest criteria.
Furthermore, any decent comparison is cannot be objective. Choosing
products never is.
I think you'd better look at other ads and work on the "feeling" rather
than cold facts which always are subject to discussion anyways. Avoid
arguments which can easily be countered (rightfully or not).
Think values. Think nice graphics and logo. Think honest service. And
most of all, think Open Source. Present a new way of thinking. not just
'drop in replacement', which does not work.
