Not to say that it is inappropriate for the EU to just frankly put on
their website "So the answer is: No support for Linux".

I think they should set an example in openness instead of supporting
monopoly's and pushing proprietary formats (and that's why software like
 player is in multiverse, they have non free license agreements attached).

I'm not an expert in this stuff at all but I was really stunned by the
statements on the website. That's why I signed the petition, to show
them their are people that don't take such bullsh*t.
