The change was announced a couple of months ago, but I didn't hear about
it before either...  ;-)

Anyway, your letter came through with a 46 cent stamp even if that
wasn't okay anymore on that day, so (fortunately) someone at 'De Post'
didn't do their work properly either.   :P
