Except for questions that are "Belgium"-ralated but not language dependent?

Possible subjects:
* Belgian e-ID
* Belgian online banking
* Belgian internet providers

I think ubuntu-nl and ubuntu-fr are less interesting for those questions
because most people there are from The Netherlands respectively France.
