[Ubuntu-be] ubuntu-be-wn?

How about a ubuntu-be-announce mailing-list/newsletter, without
schedule but where authorized members could post "messages to the
community", like presence at computer fair, new supporter map (not
ready yet), urgent need for help (with invitation to join this mailing
list to discuss), etc.
