[Ubuntu-be] dapper irc tutorial for newbies needed

As expected, there is already some documentation out there:

For the newbie guide, I think the default IRC client on Ubuntu is
X-Chat and that it's installed by default (as dependence of
ubuntu-desktop and edubuntu-desktop). On Kubuntu, Konversation is a
dependence of kubuntu-desktop but I don't know if it's the "default"
KDE-IRC client.
