[Ubuntu-be] ordering CD's: fr_be responsible? number?

Hi all,

We currently have 61 support points, with the numbers still growing,
especially on the fr_be side. I also received a press release from
Kortrijk public library stating they start a free software collection
on 2006/06/01.

I propose to order a thousand CD's. With the number of support points
still growing, that should probably still get everyone more than ten
CD's. That may sound a bit conservative, but keep two things in mind:
* Noone has taken the responsibility for fr_be distribution to support
points yet.
* We can always order more later.
