[Ubuntu-be] fr_be support points

One near Brussels has been added now. A second one in Brussels should
be added tonight. A third one for Mons should be added tonight also.
I can try also for La Louvière.
Hey, Alessa, Ploum, no one for LLN to become support point ?
Hey, Ben, what about for Brussels also ?
