* improve support points code (Pierre)
* collect contact information to be able to kickstart the fr_be
support points when the infrastructure is ready (Serge, others)
* collect fr_be press contacts (François S, others)
* manual for support point volunteers (François S, others)
* user manual for support point users (Jan C)
* preparation work on press release (Emmanuel, Frédéric, Réginald, others)
