[Ubuntu-be] Belgique Ubuntu-fr wiki page

Hi,

The current "Belgique" page on the Ubuntu-fr wiki is prettry empty but
has suggested structure and content that seems to be more a
"coordination" page than a documentation one. Correct me if I'm wrong,
but for coordination and dicsussion it has been decided that we should
use this mailing list. It has also been decided that Belgium specific
documentation should go on langage communities documentation sites
(wikis).

So, is it ok for everybody if I edit content of
http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/belgique to reflect this and propose some
idea of Belgium specific documentation ?
