imho, using mailman as an official announce medium is a nice technical
solution (gmane is nice for archive and RSS). But from a "marketing"
point of view It may not be enough. People coming to the Ubuntu-be
website wont understand having to go another website to browser
press-releases and announces archives. If we stick to a mailman based
system, we would have to find a way to integrate it nicely into the
website.
