yep, sure... 

Lot of very good places everywhere in Brussels. 
Probably it's easier to go in center? :

  - café Monk is a good place, but very crowded in the evening. 
  - Near Monk café, there are lot of terraces and it's sunny today...
maybe it's better to go outside?
  - The Delirium Café , near Grand'Place [http://www.deliriumcafe.be/]
  - terraces at St-Gery place ("Le Roi des Belges", "Zebra", "Mappa"...)
  - Beursschouwburg
  - "Plattesteen" + "Le Soleil" at Rue du Marché au Charbon (+terraces)
  - Rock places: DNA + Classic Rock café

So, what's your choice? :-)
