[Ubuntu-be] press coverage: Het Nieuwsblad, Het Volk (NL_BE)

It could be interesting to get the authorisation to put a copy of each
article with the source in a press book on the website.
I know Metro had refused this possibility.
I'm asking myself about the need to have an authorization.
If a newspaper wrote an article about UrbanTrad and I am a fan of
Urban Trad, I don't have automatically the right to publish it on my
site.
But if I'm the official site of UrbanTrad, It's a little bit a pity I
need autorization to put press release talking about UrbanTrad (Why
UrbanTrad ? Because they represents Belgium without language
conflict).
