[Ubuntu-be] Ubuntu poster - new version with the circle of friends

Hi everyone, hope you all enjoy the week end.

I've worked out a new version for the poster, here are the changes :
- new circle of friends image instead of the comics look's duck.
- the Ubuntu logo behind the cof image stands with the Belgium flag 
colors. updated Belgium flag colors as per comparison with the nl version.
- changes in the text blocks, I think it sounds less geek that way, and 
more human.
