[Ubuntu-be] A4 color poster

Hello,

I haven't been that active for Ubuntu-be (yet), but i kinda 
feel that you could use something i made for my support point: 

an A4 poster (available in EPS and SVG format), it has the official 
logo and shows what kind of support point you have (distribution, 
demonstration, installation...) 

You could start from there and add the nescessary extra
information/translations.
