I am not an Inkscape specialist and this is just a rough sketch, but 
something like (annex)
with some text :
   - demo
   - install
   - help
   - CD distribution point
   ...

and (probably) a reference to ubuntu-be.org

This is quick and dirty...  One should do something more 'professionnal'
(I just picked parts of an svg logo (I can't find anymore... :-( and put 
them together)
Het is maar een knoeiwerk..., un bricolage infâme.

It is a small .jpg because of the 40KB message limit on this list (.png 
was too big)
Some may not be able to view .svg.  .svg file is not 'exact', just a 
rough copy of the elements.
