Having users testimonial is good. But as we want to target "basic
desktop users" we should only use testimonial that "speak" to them.
Either from other  "basic desktop users" speaking about their desktop
experience or from some authorities that handle/administrate "basic
desktop users" computer (for instance, sme or school sysadmins)
speaking about how happy their users are.

Alain testimonial is great, but not for a "basic desktop users" targetd PR.
