[Ubuntu-be] 100 minutes until official kickoff and fr_be side of the site still messy: help needed

Hi Cedric, all,

There are still a  few TODO items in the text of the fr_be side of the
site. I don't feel comfortable enough in FR to fix them.

Cedric, I'd suggest you to check these before sending out a pr. It's
not that much work, but it looks kind of messy otherwise...
