[Ubuntu-be] PLF Ubuntu is dead, long live to Medibuntu

Hi,

you may have noticed that the PLF repository for Ubuntu are now
inaccessible; luckily they have been replaced in there function by a new
repository called Medibuntu which is maintained by some of the old PLF
repository maintainers.
