[Ubuntu-be] IRC Chat...

To all,
I've added 2 Dutch pages for News and Download, no content yet though.
I also played around with the built-in News feature (added 3 news
categories: ubuntu-be_NL, ubuntu-be_FR and ubuntu-be_DE), but didn't manage
to add a news item. Are we supposed to use this News feature? Anyone try it
out yet?
