[Ubuntu-BD] উবুন্তুতে বাংলা লেআউট

I use National Keyboard. It is given by default with my many distros.
But would tell to learn provat or any fixed layout that you feel
comfortable. Remember 'anything' EXCEPT something similar to *joy
(National Keyboard included). I'm trying to give up using it.
