[Ubuntu-BD] Concurrent sound from laptop speaker & headphone

Hello,

I'm using ubuntu 11.10 on Asus - K40IJ . I guess the problem has been 
discussed several times but I failed to come up with a solution.

The problem is pretty common. I'm hearing sound from both mic and laptop 
speaker. Any solution?
