[Ubuntu-BD] Tutorial for running Banglalion WIXUBB-116 on Ubuntu 12.04 [Unstable]

Hello everyone,

I wrote a tutorial for using Banglalion's WIXUBB-116 modem on Ubuntu. Users

It was essentially a bug with the kernel module, I hope to write more on
