[Ubuntu-BD] mobile media converter problem

Your ffmpeg was not compiled with an AAC encoder. You need to either
use a repository that has this feature enabled with ffmpeg or you need
to build ffmpeg yourself from source code. In case you use third-party
repository, make sure it is a publicly trusted repository to be
secure.
