[Ubuntu-BD] bangla in ubuntu 11.04 64bit

Sorry For English. I can not stop my self to mail.

First install scim, scim-canna, scim-dev,built-essential with all
dependencies. Then try to compile. Hope it work. Coz I have done this thing
before in Lucid 64 Bit.
