[Ubuntu-BD] Ubuntu 10.04 installation problem

I want to install ubuntu 10.04 in my pc but i have some problem
   such as i have two hard disk. First one is 200GB and second one is
   80GB. Both hard disk contains windows Xp Sp2 in primary partition and
   boot file runs from first hard disk. Now i want to use ubuntu 10.04 in
   my first hard disk with keeping those two XP operating system. Please
   send me the instruction how to setup ubuntu and also keep those two
   windows xp.
